Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Are there queen size pillow cases?

Queen pillowcases are four inches longer than the standard size. The longer size allows two queen pillows to stretch perfectly across a queen size mattress. They also fit nicely with a king or a California king bed.

2. What are the decorative pillow cases called?

A sham is a decorative pillow case that transforms normal sized pillow fills into useful accessories for one's bedding set. Pillow shams normally come in traditional pillow sizes: Standard Sham (26" x 20"), King Sham (36" x 20"), and Euro Sham (26" x 26").

3. What size pillow case do you need for a queen pillow?

With a mattress width of 60 inches, two pillows fit perfectly. If you prefer a more full look on a twin, one queen size pillow will do the trick. Queen pillows fit snug in a standard-size pillowcase, so no need to buy a different size for them unless you prefer a looser look.
