Replace tired, worn or broken ball chain on roller blinds. Easily cut to size with scissors. Clips are easily secure by pressing firmly with fingers or flat pliers. To fit you will need some scissors, a flat head screwdriver and possibly some flat nosed pliers, but strong fingers will also do.

Continuous 5m length of roller blind plastic ball chain cord with 2 plastic connector clips. Each bead measures 4.5mm with 5 beads per inch along the cord. Inner cord is made from high quality durable and flexible woven nylon.

4) Re attach the clutch mechanism to the roller blind and remount the blind in your window. 5) Pull the roller blind down to meet the window ledge using the tail end of the ball chain, then cut the chain to the desired length. Attach the ends using one of the plastic clips.

1) Remove your blind from the window and place it on a flat surface. 2) Take a flat head screwdriver and gently remove the clutch mechanism from the end of the roller blind. 3) Remove the old ball chain, insert the new ball chain into the clutch and rotate it through the mechanism until you have at least a 4 inch tail end passing through.

*if you would like to prevent the ball chain spinning freely around the clutch mechanism, open the blind and place a clip at the point where the ball chain meets the mechanism. This will act as a stopper to prevent the blind from opening too far.
