Vibrant on the nose with notes of Melon, figs, toffee and lemon

The finish is long, with sweetness in harmony with dry tannins from the barrel

IWSC Awards Tasting Note: Delicate floral notes with citrus and a little twist of smoke. Fine and delicate entry into the mouth where citrus takes over with some sweet notes of barley. Good balance and smooth texture. Develops in the mouth with ever expanding and complex citrus and malt beginning to show strongly. Then comes a wave of fruit with plum and apple and some ripe tropical notes. Satisfying finish.
