Nyetimber Demi Sec Non Vintage Sparkling Wine, 75 cl

Aromas of pure lemon and Acacia honey are followed by a hint of tangerine
Light golden hues illuminate this delicately effervescent wine
The palate of lemon curd is balanced by crisp acidity and a clean, pure structure

Nyetimber Classic Cuvee Sparkling Wine, 75 cl

Lovely pale gold and gentle, fine bubbles. Toasty, spicy and complex aromas showing wonderful development after more than three years on lees in our cellar. The palate supports these complex aromas with honey, almond, pastry and baked apple flavours. Very fine and elegant with a great combination of intensity, delicacy and length.
Joe Fattorini's Tasting Note: "Nyetimber is one of the most highly regarded names in English sparkling wine and the Classic Cuvee is the heart of the range. Delicate, refined and blending the lift of citrus fruit with the richness of almond, honey and toast from its ageing. It's perhaps best as an aperitif wine although lighter dishes are a great match too. Taste the future of globally-important sparkling wine."
Produced in West Sussex, England.
Best served well chilled.

Nyetimber Rosé Non Vintage Sparkling Wine, 75cl

High intensity with lovely round and full but soft texture
Vibrant antique red rose colour and hint of copper tones with lovely tiny bubbles
Finish is very long and full with red currant and hints of shortcrust pastry

Nyetimber Blanc De Blancs Sparkling Wine 2013, 75 cl

The finest English sparkling wine
Joe Fattorini's Tasting Note: "Vintage sparkling wines are less a reflection of the house style than the vintage. 2007 wouldn't strike you as an auspicious year – floods in June and July led to one of the biggest rescue efforts in peacetime Britain. But by October the fruit was ripe enough to make this delicious apple and brioche scented wine. It's evolving into a complex and multi-layered treat now. Enjoy with fine fish and even white meat dishes, like a sparkling white Burgundy. You won't regret it."
Ripe cirtus fruits and focused minerality on the palate
A rich nose of bergamots and Bramley apples

Nyetimber Classic Cuvee English Sparkling Wine 150cl - Magnum

Classic medium bodied English sparkling wine that is gentle and full of aroma. Gives champagne a run for its money with notes of honey, pastry and baked apple. A creamy and rich finish. The ultimate home-grown alternative to Champagne, for all special occasions.

Nyetimber, Classic Cuvée 150cl

This Sparkling Wine is creamy, intense and rich, boasting a bouquet of red apple, fresh pear and a touch of toasty brioche and vanilla. The palate displays fine delineation with hints of strawberry and cherry, nicely weighted in the mouth with a brisk and tensile finish.
In 2016 Nyetimber was honoured with IWSC's ‘English Wine Producer of the Year” and it's not hard to see why, they consistently create some of the best fizz in the UK, made in true Champagne fashion using traditional grape varieties. The Classic Cuvée blends the trio of Champagne grapes from 2013, 2010 and 2011, aging them on the lees for three years.
