The more traditional Christmassy botanicals-juniper, cassia, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins, medjool dates and clove are joined by allspice, clementine peel, cardamom, ginger, whole pomanders and Christmas tree needles in this dry gin.

Palate: Mince pie filling, Curaçao orange, a touch of aromatic incense. Vanilla-y shortbread biscuits, Christmas tree and toasted nutmeg.

Nose: Spicy gingerbread and sweet Christmas cake, with a hint of pine-y juniper. A subtle sugared almond hint develops

Make the perfect Christmas Cocktails.

Further additions to the distillation include Christmas cake, charred oak & chestnuts, Christmas puddings, a big pile of chocolate truffles, lebkuchen, mince pies, panettone, and a whole gingerbread house. Then we added 24ct Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh. Obviously.

Finish: Subtly floral at first, though soon joined by red fruit sweetness.
