Sediments from the water pipes, such as rust, sand, dust, as well as harmful microbes do not have a chance and cannot penetrate the ceramic. The pore size is so small, that only water can penetrate this ceramic.
With this ceramic pre-filter your water is free from residues, such as rust, small living organisms, and sediments, which your water carries in its long way through the water pipes.
The pre-filter is made of a highly spongy, finely porous ceramic which has a density/pore size of from 0.2 to 0.45 m (A micrometer (archaic also a Micron, or My after the Greek letter ), shortened m, corresponds to a millionth of a meter: 1 m = 10-6 m)

Your drinking water passes through various stages until you have a mild, soft water available. *** No dust, rust and no fine particles can pass by the ceramic pre-filter.The ceramic filter was burnt with a patented process to a highly compressed diametic structure. *** The water is then stored in a BPA free plastic reservoir with a capacity of 5 litres. You can add mineral stones into this tank which can make the water taste more aromatic or softer. The mineral stones also enrich the water with essential minerals for the body and also affect the alkalinity. In addition the stones reflect long wave infrared light, which can have a vital influence on us.The result is delicious, soft and wholesome spring water.
*** In the second step, the water flows through the premium filter cartridge. After purification through a special activated carbon and silver activated charcoal, heavy metals, nitrates, hormones, drug residues and other unwanted substances are removed or reduced by means of ion exchange. Thus, it acts as ultrafine molecular sieve and catalyst.
