Due to the high strength/concentration, you only require a tiny drop of colour to work with. We recommend building up the shade gradually using the tip of a cocktail stick. A little colour goes a long way, also making for a long-lasting and cost-effective purchase. We recommend approx. 10g per kg of paste.

The pack includes two smoothers (each smoother measures approx 10.5cm x 7.5cm) - one with a straight edge and another with a rounded edge. This makes them suitable for both square and round cakes.
For a square cake, use the straight edge of each smoother to achieve the same result.
For a round cake, place curved edge smoother on top of your fondant-covered cakes, facing the edge with the straight edge smoother on the side of your cake. Run your smoothers along the edge of your cake, until the edges are as sharp as desired.
