Sula Vineyards Dindori Reserve Shiraz, 75 cl

Sula Vineyards is at the forefront of the Indian Wine revolution
Joe Fattorini's Tasting Note: "This wine shows the ambition of a producer like Sula, making a more concentrated style of Shiraz, ageing it in oak and looking for depth and complexity. And achieving it. Look to match this to richer, weightier dishes and perhaps dishes with a lighter spice. This is more grilled, tandoori lamb or even cheeses."
Situated in Nashik, India's largest grape-growing region, Sula Vineyards was set up in 1997 by Rajeev Samant & Kerry Damsky
Serve well chilled, 8 - 10°C
Grown on the distinctive red soil of our Dindori estate, Dindori Reserve Viognier is an exotic elixir of peach and lychee flavours. Floral, spicy, stunning
Food Pairing Suggestions: Good as an aperitif and also with sea food as well as spicy dishes

Sauvignon Blanc 2021 - Sula Vineyards

Fresh herbaceous aromas, guava, elegant white stone fruits and spice prelude a dry, crisp palate which has a deliciously mouthwatering finish
The must was fermented in stainless steel tanks for a period of 15 to 20 days, at controlled temperatures of 15 to 18°C, capturing the essence and aromatics of India's first Sauvignon Blanc
Since its inception Sula has been working to integrate a wide array of measures at its 97 hectare estate vineyard and within its winery to minimise the environmental impact of not only its farming, but also its processing and distribution practices
Sauvignon Blanc Sula Vineyards was stored in stainless steel tanks retaining the purity of fruit, prior to bottling

Sula Vineyards Zinfandel 75 cl

Sula Vineyards is at the forefront of the Indian Wine revolution.
Joe Fattorini's Tasting Note: "Producers in India are keen to make wines that complement Indian food, so here you have the damson and cinnamon fruit and aromas of Zinfandel with a soft tannin that stays supple in the face of spicy heat. Perfect with lamb curries (or goat) it's not quite in the same mould as the spiced Zins of California. "
Zinfandel cuttings were collected from the Napa Valley in 1997 and planted in the Sula vineyards. Unlike the powerful Zinfandels of California, the Sula wine offers more fresh fruit and a more approachable style.
Serve slightly chilled, 14-16°C.
Food Pairing Suggestions: Hot and spicy dishes, rich meat curries.
A luscious, jammy red Zinfandel redolent with blackberry aromas and cinnamon and plum flavours. Balanced, spicy, supple, delightful!

Since its inception Sula has been working to integrate a wide array of measures at its 97 hectare estate vineyard and within its winery to minimise the environmental impact of not only its farming, but also its processing and distribution practices
In the vineyard the vines are trained on a high trellising system, which maximises airflow
