200g Blue Stilton - Hartington Creamery is the smallest and only artisan producer of Stilton Cheese in the world. Our International Award Winning Cheese has been handmade and it is typically pierced and matured for nine weeks. The result is a unique tangy and creamy blue Stilton. Stilton is wonderful with celery, pears and other fruits.

VegSoc Approved suitable for vegetarians.

200g Shropshire Blue - Our traditional Shropshire Blue has an orange colour due to the natural annatto colouring we add into it, with contrasting deep blue veining. This has a natural rind and matures for around 10–12 weeks, producing a soft textured creamy cheese with a mild blue and tangy flavour.

200g Peakland White - A young cheese, only matured for two weeks, making it fresh and high in lactose. This lovely mild cheese is creamy, crumbly, and slightly salty, reminiscent of Cheshire, or White Stilton. A mild tasting cheese that is great on its own, it can be used in the same way as Feta in salads.

200g Peakland Blue - A mild and tasty blue cheese, pale yellow in colour. Our Peakland Blue has won several local regional and national awards. A great cheese to crumble into salads, eat with figs and fruit and enjoy with port and red wines.

200g Dovedale Blue - This unique blue cheese can only be produced within 50 miles of the River Dove in the Peak District. Made with local Derbyshire milk on our historic Pikehall Farm dating back to Roman times, this wonderfully creamy rich blue cheese is brine dipped rather than dry salted. This gives Dovedale Blue a look and tastes often associated with continental blue cheese.
