William Fèvre declared his first crop in 1959. Descended from a family which had lived in the Chablis region for over 250 years, it was only natural that he set up as a winemaker with 7 hectares of vineyards.

William Fevre Saint Bris Sauvignon Blanc White Wine, 75 cl (2018/2019)

The small village of Saint-Bris produces a wine highly unusual for Burgundy, as it is the only white Burgundy AOC made from Sauvignon Blanc.
Saint-Bris is produced in an area of 103 hectares and is characterized by a very aromatic bouquet dominated by notes of exotic fruits and blackcurrant leaves. A wine with exquisite lightness.
Food pairing: Charcuterie, grilled fish, seafood, oysters.
