Nose: Hot creamy caramel, roasted hazelnuts, over-ripe pears and soft vanilla drift into play. Maple syrup, delicate aged oloroso sherry and crushed almonds all add to make this an opulent dram.

Cask Finish: Our Jura Tastival bottlings are always a little more experimental as we strive to push the boundaries for our annual celebration of taste. This year the Tastival expression is finished in three specially selected sherry casks. We used an 11 year old Palomino Fino sherry cask, a 15 year old "Amoroso" oloroso sherry cask and a 30 year old "Apostoles" oloroso sherry cask to give this liquid its unique flavour profile.
