Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Are top loaded washing machines better?

Top load washers clean faster and are slightly more ergonomic, so it may come down to the monetary value. Front load machines cost more to purchase and maintain, but they provide better cleaning performance than top load washers.

2. Are top loaders with agitators better?

Washing machines with an impeller tend to wash your clothes better than with an agitator. That means that, generally speaking, front load washers or top load washers without an agitator will do a better job at getting rid of tough stains and dirt off your clothes.

3. What brand washer lasts the longest?

As far as washing machines go, there are few which last as long as Speed Queen washing machines. The top-end machines are rated to last for 25 years or 10,400 loads. Speed Queen also offers between 3-7 year warranties.
