Diabetic mints are a type of sugar-free, low-carbohydrate candy that is specifically designed for people with diabetes. These mints are made with artificial sweeteners that do not raise blood sugar levels and are available in a variety of flavours such as peppermint, spearmint, and cinnamon. They come in small, convenient packaging that can easily fit in a pocket or purse, making them a great option for people who need to manage their blood sugar levels while on the go. Although these mints are not a substitute for a healthy diet and exercise, they can provide a satisfying treat without compromising blood sugar levels.
